We learned about the Sports Blog Net a few weeks ago from Cuzoogle and decided it was something we should probably join as well. Luckily, their owner is a great guy and welcomed us right in to the SBN!
As a sports blogger, this is definitely a site you should be checking out and trying to join. Here is a list of the things the SBN can do for your blog:
- Increased Traffic: We feed a portion of your post through SportsBlognet.com and link back to your site
- Link Trade: Most of the other websites in SportsBlogNet are ready and willing to trade links with your site
- Increased Revenue: We will offer your site to our advertising contacts on a daily basis
- Ability to network with other Bloggers: Not only will you be able to trade links but all the bloggers in the network are looking to network with new bloggers as away to promote eachother’s site
- Blog Tips: Periodically we will send out a newsletter with Blog tips on how to drive more traffic to your website
Sounds like a "no brainer" to me? Obviously networks are great for any blog, but when you have one specifically built with the goal of helping your sports blog, how could you ever turn it down?

I applied, but nothing yet. I guess my blog(s) aren't big enough for them. Oh well.

Joe got back to me and was very nice. I am all set up, and I have to say, they are truly very nice (in answering any email and such)
